How to Report a Workplace Fatality or Accident

Employers must report to NVOSHA all workplace accidents involving a fatality of one or more employees, or involving hospitalization of three or more employees, within eight (8) hours after learning of the accident.  To report an incident to NVOSHA, call (702) 486-9020 (Southern Nevada) or (775) 824-4600 (Northern Nevada).
